monday, monday, monday. you know what that meansssss. recap of the latter days also known as my weekend. pretty good.

lil simone, the love of my life came to stay. she is such a little lady. she told me that my room was messy. haa.

my daddy cooked breakfast one morning, i forgot which day. but it was pretty good!!!

pajamas && pancakes.

friday night i went to a sleepover for the mime ministry at church. [yes, i mime.] we had a lot of funn. but i didn't take much pics. idk whyyyy....??



we watched the secrect life of bees && believe it or not i saw the great debators for the first time. it was great.

saturday morning i came home to see thisssss! right in my walkway. neat huh??


saturday my church had a community extravaganza. we held a community cookout for the trailer park community behind our church. it was funnnn.


i was in charge of the kids corner. i gave the kids face paintings!! haa

i think i did a pretty goo job, haa.

i am painting summer's face she was the cutest little girl!! she was full of sass too! haa.

i also mimed. it was a huge success && hopefully will be come a yearly thing. seee, i care about more things than the internet, blogging, && ruling the world!!! haa.


other parts of the community really helped out. the chesapeake fire department came to fill up the dunking booth && sprayed water on all the kids..it was like a ny block party. i think i want my husband to be a firefighter, haa.


sunday i went to church. came home. && slepttttttttt. sunday is the day i gain my energy back.


well on monday at the greatest workplace ever the theme of the week was: your goals && values. soo in group we used magazines letters && other good stuff to portray what our goals are now && the goals we have for the future.

the counselors participate to show the kids its not impossible. && this is mine!!

it was sooo funn to make. i might have a post explaining it.

food for thought: why is it in a serious relationship, if it doesn't last the girl is the one in a "heartbreak" state && the boy is as free as a bird. . .?? any comments let me know. i'm bout to take on that mindset, because trust me from experience a nigga can have you feeling like the world just might stop spinning. && they will seem like they just won a million $$$$$$. i know boys && girls handle things differently, but dannnnnnnng. haa.

food, friends, funnnnn.

sooo, its monday night. my weekend was great && my week started off pretty good. my weekend was full of eating out && friendsssssssssss.

so friday i went out to eat with tonisha && b'yonka, which was pretty cool. i hadn't ate alllllll day. tonisha && i got the 2 for $20 thing after i didn't read the menu well. because as soon as i ordered it i saw you had to share dessert????!!!!! but anywhoo, b'yonka suggested for an appetizer we get this queso dip. it turned out to be aiiiiiight, but not all bee was making it to be.

so for dessert me && tonisha shared this chocolate cake thing with icecream. it was delicioussssss. bee just sat off to the side hating on our dessert because she chose the sorry beef chunk dip!!!!!

after eating it was too lat to hit anyone's party up. so went found ourselves in walmart's parking lot. just sitting around talking. these old lady's pulled up in what is only my FAVORITE car, a land rover discovery. so i only HAD to take a pic. good thing they didn't have an alarm!!!

soo on saturday i spent time with my friend nahjma. she came in town from tennessee to visit for a few. soo to see everyone before she left what did we all do????? you guessed it, we went out to eat!!!! haaa.

yes, my followers. benadryl!!! for the past few months, for some odd reason i've been breaking out in crazy hives! i went to the doctor to see what was wrong. they found traces of strep in my blood && gave me some medicine.

only thing was I DON'T THINK THE MEDICINE WORKED!!!! it really only mad me sick. sooo next month i am going to an allergy specialist to see what is wrong with me. i mean its crazy, i'll wake up in the morn with hives or my lips will swell up.

no exaggeration. i'm not poking them out either!!!

it's not an std or contagious either. i know it crossed your mind. . .

i'm kinda getting used to it. but pray for meeeeeeeeeee. idk what this could be. we'll find out soon.

but anywhoo that was pretty much my weekend. it's tuesday night now that i'm done. lol...! i've been very drowsy lately. i'll take a wild guess && blame it on the drylllllllll.

let's not for get our food for thought: why is it that we often look for someone to complete us?? i think that before we can be with someone else or love someone else we have to love ourselves first. you have to be complete in yourself before you can start with someone else. because of this i believe that i will never need anyone to complete me, only compliment me. someone who can bring something to the table && i can do the sameeee.

just a quick post to get something off my chest. now i know that this world is full of many people who have similar ideas. but don't you just hate it when you go out of your way to be different, make something your own and someone imitates it???

well i do. i try do different things not only on my blog but just as a person. it's almost like i make a certain brand sooo when you see something you'll say: "thas gotta be rob's work." or "thas something only robin would do."

well, its kinda hard to do when you have people who aren't original, can't be cool unless they act like you, or are just plain lazy.

take my blog for instance. it is: 'if r o b i n ruled the world.' i took time to think of something that could uniquely represent me and the so to speak "brand" i produce. now i'm not gone throw any shots but i'll just say some people like this "world ruling" concept soo much they took a spin off it.

sooo let's just set the record straight. my blog might say "if" robin ruled the world. but I RULE THE WORLD. okay, lemme stop. i'm being kinda childish && i don't wanna hurt anyone's feelings.

but hey, if you feel offended when reading this i'm probably talking about you. oooor you probably feel guilty for spinning off of other people's/blogger's "brand" or originality.

so because of this today's food for thought is a quote: "there comes a time in every man's education when he arrives at the conviction that envy is ignorance, that imitation is suicide, that he must take himself for better, or for worse as his portion." -raplh waldo emerson. he couldn't have said that any better. you have to be YOU. for better or worse. i can't help it if you're not cool. . .haa. but seriously you have to use your own essence to be cool. or matter of fact make your own "cool". there is a difference between admiration && imitation.

hold onnnnn! so christian spent the night the other day. only && i repeat ONLY because she is my ride or die, i cooked for her. i mean it wasn't much. but i love to eat, but don't like to cook.

don't know how i'ma get a husband, i DON'T like cooking. christian's lucky i love her!!

okay. so today while everyone else was outside playing the "wup wup" game we made up at the camp, i watched && played wii with one of the campers, elizabeth.

this is me watching the "wup wup" game. which is simply a game where we hit the ball up && see how many times we can hit it up to each other before it hits the ground. . .&& when it does: "WUP WUP", only at this camp. . .haa.

can't forget today's food for thought: why is it that some people feel they have to change &&/or imitate the person/people they like or idolize or that they think are "cool"??? if people don't like you for the unique YOU that GOD made you, thas their loss. or if you have to imitate others to be "cool" you might want to rethink what you think is cool.
