not much to say on a friday afternoon, i'm about to head out && pick up this money that will soon flyy right back out of my hand.

i just wanted to show you the HUMONGOUS difference when someone gets their eyebrows arched. especially someone with thick ones, like [mine] !!

it took it thinking it would give a bull ish answer like the rest of the quizzes but it was pretty deep, actually. my biggest weakness apparently is pride. i can agree with that, i guess. it went on to say:

but i been slacking, but today's food for thought is from a conversation i had recently. i asked some boys why do they feel like they have to mess/hump a lot of girls?? one replied, some dudes just like saying, "i get more a** than you" && dumb stuff like that. soo, my thought && reply was wouldn't you still be getting just as much or even more butt every night if you stuck with one girl ? ? ? idk, but thas my food for thought. if you have any input on that on leave a comment or something.

hello world !! i got a new phone that i have been wanting foreverrrrrr. i got the g1. i absolutely love it soo far.

as the summer days count down, my room is beginning to fill/junk up with college stuff. i become a hampton university pirate on august 29th. i'll watch all my friends move/go away to college befor i do, =(.


watching everyone leave and getting ready for college really makes you think about life. && where you're at, going, && want to be. but anywhoo if you read this blog you know i'm robin r. campbell. but i'd thought i'd shed some more light on this world ruler.

well we all know my name is robin r. campbell. i'm 18 yrs. young. i'm probably one of the prettiest skinny brown skin girls you'll ever meet. i ♥♥ GOD. i'm not saying i cross every t && dot every i, but GOD && my faith is a major part of my life. i'm going to college to study political science so i can become a lawyer. i plan on living in northern va, somewhere like alexandria when i get older. umm, i can be random. i ♥♥ to dance. i'm not the best at it, but i'm getting better. lol. i am very impatient. the only thing i have patience with is my hair. i am very generous, && if i love you, i love you. there's no in between. i sometimes love others more than i love myself. && if i don't like you it's the same. i'm pretty easy to get along with. i'm happy by nature although sometimes i'm miserable by circumstance. you'll never see that though. i ♥♥ this blogging thing. it's like getting high. [i guess.] it gets me away from the world && helps me express myself.

well i love blogging of course !! i like texting, sleeping && listening to music. my favorite rapper is kanye west !!! i ♥ him sooo much.

my favorite colors are blue && green. my favorite foods are chicken sandwiches && pizza !!

my favorite/dream car is a land rover. i'll own this exact model one day. don't ask me why. . .i just ♥♥ this car.

i like to paint my nails. not all the same color tho. i like my toes to be pink && yellow. random, but thas what i like.

liars. [who like them??] uhhh. i don't like bananas, cole slaw, carrots in stew, or squash !!! ewww. i don't like ducks because they scare me. i'm also afraid of failure. i don't like drama. i don't like people who can't handle confrontation.

as for a relationship with boys. . .uhhh. i currently don't have a bf. i'm not really looking, but if someone comes along that would be great !! i've been in love before, && you could say i'm in love now. kinda wish i wasn't but, sometimes i guess you can't help how you feel. i do want to be with this one guy, but. . .forget it. that topic alone sends my brain into overdrive, ugh.

is anything i'm doing b r a n d new...??

soooo. yeah, thought i'd blog right now because i'm not in the best of moods. blogging keeps me saneeeeeee. well as you all should know, i worked at therapuetic summer camp this summer. we did "groups" to help the campers build social skills && learn life lessons that can help them with things they face on the daily basis.

sooo. one week was "goals && values". so for group we took posters, magazines, markers, etc. to express values we have && how they will carry on into our future. it also shows goals we have && what we would like our futures to have. sooo, being the great counselors we were, we all made one. here's mine:

it started off as something i was doing to show the kids that they could do it. next thing i know the kids are done && i'm still working on mine!!! it was really funn, haa. as you see i put it as my background && i'm even going to put this in my dorm to help serve as a reminder to why i'm really there. it's kinda like me in a nutshell. so i numbered it in sections to explain it a tad.

1. sooo near number one is the name of poster. I called it: "Robin's Super Life, to be that is." [life is kinda bright.] some things you see are words such as growth, success, && lawyer. which are simply things i plan to do. other things that are in the section is music notes, quotation marks saying "to live by" meaning quotes to live by. i♥quotes! there is also a target && louie bag. the target means i'm aiming for the things i want, like a louie bag..haa.

2. in this section i have words like family, strength, && splurge. the clothes represent. . .clothes, lol. they were cute. i put splurge because i plan to be able to do so without hesistation when i get older. there is also a nice car in this section. i couldn't find my favorite car [land rover discovery] but its just a symbol. there is also a high heel && beach, representing my sassiness as a person && the traveling i want to do in my future.

2 ½ . okay so thas not a number but between two && three there is the letters t t m. that is the name of my church in which i ♥♥♥ truth transformation ministries. you can't see it but in the M there is when i joined [o8.o7]. in section two there is also words saying thoughts >> reality. which is what i want to contiually do, make thoughts into reality.

3. this is probably the biggest section up here. if i would have knew how funn it was i would've used a smaller pic. but this section has two people getting married. [we didn't have black magazines....?] it also shows a big ring in the corner! it says love && no better love. love is a value in my life, but...yeah lets not get into that. but anywho when i get married of course i want it to be nice!!!!. it shows a pic of a couple walking on the beach. [vanessa hudgens && zac effron] which represents me possibly finding a boo??? haaaaa. pointing to the man it says: "loving, fine, successful husband!" which is what i want!!

4. this secton is pretty simple. it has a picture of a living room representing a nice house i plan on owning in the future. it also says: "i want 2 b more than a >> mom" && "technology". i want to be a more than a mother if/when i have kids. its something i never really had growing up. && i ♥ technology. under that there is my poor drawing of my blog name!!haa. there's a foot who had a tattoo similar to mine && ROD, referrring to my best friend christian. my ride or die. there is also a scripture, hebrews 11:1, "now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen". a lesson i seem to be learning right now.

5. this section has a huge baby. another example of the early stages of this project. i would like to have kids in the distant future. there is also the number 18 && the word children. 18 is for my age!!!! not how many kids i want, lol. there also a nikon camera, my bday [4.12], && the word friends. pretty self explanitory. there's also a grilled chicken sandwich && chicken salad, representing how i ♥ chicken, but want to start eating healthier. there are also footprints going up the side of the poster. they represent the fact i want to make a good difference in people's lives, leaving footprints wherever i go.

**.well the bottom part of the is the most important part of the poster. it says: "hu >> ur". which shows how i want to transfer from hampton university to the university of richmond. so when i feel like shaming at hamtpon, i'll look at my wall && get my act together. the last thing in the bottom left corner is my husband/idol/baby/favorite rapper KANYE WEST. it has a heart around it expressing the ♥♥♥ i have for that human being..!!!

okay, well here's a bigger pic of it so you can look at other details i may have left out. i wrote a lot today so i'll get at ya'll with food for thought next time. . . .

oh, summer.

soo as august begins, my summer draws to a close. today [08.06.09] was my last day for work && soon i'll be off to school. soo i have compiled some photos from my summer. it's not over yet, but i must say it's been a good one. i call this my ode to summer.
